Join this 3-day Rocket Yoga Foundations Training, designed for those who wish to become a certified Rocket Vinyasa Teacher. It is to prepare students for the completion of the 100-Hour Rocket® Teacher Certification Program with the Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School.
The Rocket®
Rocket Yoga was developed by Larry Schultz, a student of Pattabhi Jois, in San Fransisco. It is a style of yoga rooted from the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice. The sequences are restructured from the primary, intermediate and advanced series of Ashtanga, combining key postures, inversions and arm balances into the flow. A strong practice that can be adjusted to all levels of practitioners. Modifications can be made for beginners and variations can be made from more advanced practitioners. This welcomes the practice to all types of practitioners, beginner students and advanced alike.
